I too have met her at a meet and greet. She's rather stunning and her self image showcases the scope of her humility and speaks volume of her parent's upbringing.

In college there were so many girls that walked around campus like they were God's gift to the world. We KNOW the difference and can tell when someone is really full of themselves. I've tried her logging system and it really works. It's not easy but it teaches you to be in control. Much better than overeating, purging, diet pills and shakes. I don't know many vegetarians that are fat anyway. Add to that the fact that she's always on the road and burning calories unlike someone that watches tv all day.
