i was surprised at how easy it was for me to stick to a vegetarian diet. something that i thought would be hard to let go of would have been chicken but i'm totally content with veggie burgers! yummm

I love, love meat. I attempted the vegetarian thing when I was younger and I survived about a month… if that. It’s hard. It takes some serious self discipline.
