Okay, I am really dissapointed to find out that Carrie is a vegetarian, first of all, but whatever. To each their own. Second of all, why does she have to be such a snob about it? I absolutely LOVE her voice and will not stop buying her cds because she is phenominal, however, she has become such a snob ever since AI. She probably already was one, but she sure did have me fooled when she was on the show. I thought she was so amazing as a singer and a person when she was on AI, but now that I have read up on her and her bragging about her Christian Louboutins' shoes and how she wouldn't kiss someone who ate a burger, and how she has an entire makeup case full of make up...can we BE any more materialistic? Ugh! Why do you have to dissapoint me like that, Carrie? Be real! Stop pretending and be yourself! I hope to God that it's just Hollywood changing you for the first few years and that eventually you'll be a more laid back simple small town country girl like you claim to be through your songs...

I worry that when young girls read something like this, they'll try to get thin like Carrie Underwood by mimicking her "obsessive-compulsive" food record, which sounds to me like something that could lead a perfectionist-type personality straight to anorexia. I wish that stars would be more careful about promoting healthy diet and exercise rather than restriction of food.

With the weight watchers program (points system) you write down everything you eat along with the points used. Weight watchers has successfully helped a lot of people to lose weight in a healthy way. I have lost close to 20 lbs and am no where near anorexic. So Carrie is really not doing anything that hasn't been done before and she isn't being unhealthy. I also don't think that people who write down everything they eat have "serious issues". You don't realize how much you eat until you see it written down on a piece of paper, it can be a big reality check!

OH please, this chick is far from an expert on dieting and eating healthy. I wouldn't be so quick to take ANY advice she has to say on anything.

I would not write down everything I ate unless I had to be on a strict diet for medical reasons. I don't understand why girls feel like they have to micro-manage what they eat. I think it's all about eating in moderation and being active. I refuse to stress over what I eat every day. She is inadvertently doing that by writing all of her meals down. Ridiculous... No wonder we have girls in Elementary school that think they are fat. They look up to girls like Carrie Underwood who stress over food.

Writing down everything you eat is a dangerous thing sometimes. That's how anorexia or bulimia can start, because you start to count every calorie and then you want to burn those exact calories or in some way make them go away. I say she is on her way to being the next super talented star who will unfortunetly conform to the "super-skinny" trend of Hollywood. But I hope not, She is so talented and beautiful.

Say What? Ok, so you are totally contradicting yourself that I can't help but comment. You say your size 12 makes you proud, so then why are you working out 12 hours a week and on a strict diet? That doesn't scream "PRIDE" to me. And since when did 30 lbs overweight = very fit and healthy. Don't get me wrong, I'm not dogging on you for your weight...it's just the fact that you need to be honest with yourself. Are you happy or not?!?
