Claire Danes

Claire Danes starred on ABC’s teen drama My So-Called Life from 1994 to 1995, earning her first Golden Globe Award at age 15. Danes gained further recognition for her roles in Little Women (1994), Romeo + Juliet (1996), The Rainmaker (1997) and The Hours (2002).

The actress earned an Emmy Award for her performance in the HBO film Temple Grandin, winning two more Emmys and two Golden Globe Awards for her starring role on Showtime’s Homeland, which aired from 2011 to 2020. Danes also garnered critical acclaim for her performance in the 2022 miniseries Fleishman Is in Trouble.

Danes dated her Stage Beauty costar Billy Crudup from 2003 to 2006 before getting engaged to Hugh Dancy, whom she starred with in Evening, in 2009. The couple married the following year and welcomed sons Cyrus and Rowan in 2012 and 2018, respectively. She gave birth to their daughter in 2023.
