David Spade
BIO
Born on July 22, 1964, in Birmingham, Mich., funnyman David Spade was raised in Arizona.
A natural prankster, Spade began his career doing stand-up comedy in nightclubs upon graduating from Arizona State University.
After a casting agent saw his routine at an improv club in L.A., he was offered a role in Police Academy 4: Citizens on Patrol in 1987.
Soon after, he became a regular cast member and writer on Saturday Night Live, where America came to adore Spade's biting sarcasm.
Spade has starred in several slapstick comedy films and laugh-out-loud sitcoms. He earned an Emmy nomination for his role on the once hit CBS show Just Shoot Me and currently stars on CBS's Rules of Engagement.
He has been linked to Heather Locklear, Pamela Anderson and Desperate Housewives' Nicollette Sheridan.
