Emmy Rossum

Emmy Rossum is known for playing Fiona Gallagher on the Showtime series Shameless. She also portrayed Christine Daaé in the 2004 film adaptation of The Phantom of the Opera. Rossum’s film credits include Poseidon (2006), Inside (2011), Beautiful Creatures (2013) and Cold Pursuit (2019). She also directed and starred in the 2022 Peacock series Angelyne.

Rossum released her debut album, Inside Out, in 2007. She released a Christmas EP that year titled Carol of the Bells and dropped her second album, Sentimental Journey, in 2013.

Rossum married Justin Siegel in 2008. He filed for divorce in 2009, and their split was finalized one year later. In 2015, Rossum announced she was engaged to writer and director Sam Esmail after two years of dating. The pair tied the knot in 2017, later welcoming a daughter in 2021 and a son in 2023.
