About
Born Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, Halsey is a singer and songwriter who released their debut EP, Room 93, in 2014. Their debut studio album, Badlands, dropped one year later and featured hits “Colors,” “Gasoline” and “New Americana.” Halsey has collaborated with artists including Justin Bieber, The Chainsmokers, G-Eazy, BTS and Khalid.
Badlands was followed by 2017’s Hopeless Fountain Kingdom, 2020’s Manic and 2022’s If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power, which earned a Grammy nomination for Best Alternative Music Album.
Halsey started dating G-Eazy in 2017, splitting for the first time in July 2018. They briefly reunited but called it quits later that year. Halsey has also dated English musician Yungblud and actor Evan Peters. Halsey welcomed son Ender with screenwriter Alev Aydin in 2021. Following their 2023 breakup, Halsey filed for full custody of their son. Halsey has been dating actor Avan Jogia since September 2023.
