Born on May 13, 1987 in Richmond, Va., Hunter Parrish's claim to fame is his role as Silas Botwin in Showtime's television series Weeds.
He has also guest starred in several television shows, including CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and in films such as Sleepover and Freedom Writers.
Parrish currently appears in the Broadway production of Spring Awakening.
