Growing up in Chicago, actor John Cusack, best known for quirky, unconventional roles, was raised in a household of thespians.
Born in 1966, Cusack's major film breakthrough came with 80s classic teen flick, Sixteen Candles, directed by John Hughes.
Into his adult years, Cusack peppered his atypical resume with a string of romantic films, such as Must Love Dogs, Serendipity and America's Sweethearts.
Though notoriously private about his personal life, Cusack has been romantically linked to Minnie Driver, Britney Spears and Neve Campbell.
