After becoming widely known and admired for his role as gay high school student Jack McPhee on the decade-defining teen drama Dawson's Creek, Kerr Smith continues to surface on the small screen, and has appeared in several episodes of he popular TV series CSI: NY.

Born in 1972 in Pennsylvania, Smith released smaller projects like Final Destination and The Broken Hearts Club while on hiatus from Dawson's. Along with appearances on CSI, the actor has also landed substantial reoccurring roles on shows like Charmed and Justice.

Smith has been married to actress Harmoni Everett since June 2003.
