The actress reunited with her King of Queens costar Kevin James for Kevin Can Wait, which aired on CBS from 2016 to 2018. Remini replaced Matthew Morrison as a judge on the 17th season of So You Think You Can Dance in 2022.

Remini left the Church of Scientology in July 2013 and has been highly critical of the organization since her departure.
