All-day namaste! "I carry wallet-size cards printed with spiritual sayings," Amy Smart, the 37-year-old star of The Single Moms Club (out March 14), tells Us Weekly. "Looking at them throughout the day helps me stay balanced and remember what really matters." What else does the L.A.-based actress -- married to HGTV host Carter Oosterhouse, 37 -- keep in her JadeTribe tote?

Hitting the Books

"I'm studying to be a certified nutrition coach. Right now, I'm reading Integrative Nutrition by Joshua Rosenthal and taking an online course. Not sure what I want to do with it -- we'll see what happens down the line. I've learned so much already!"

Twice the Charm

"I've got a $2 bill in my wallet; it's a good luck token. A friend gave me this one because it's from the 1976 series, the year I was born."

What's Brewing?

"I'm a huge tea drinker. I keep two kinds with me, always: Tulsi India Breakfast and Yogi Cinnamon Vanilla. Organic, of course!"

Smooth Moves

"I am constantly moisturizing my hands and lips. I love Dr. Hauschka creams. They work well and just smell heavenly."

Sugar Rush

"My iPhone is necessary for playing Candy Crush. I'm obsessed right now. There's no need to waste your time with it if you haven't started, because you will get addicted."
