Blonde is the new red! Bella Thorne swapped her signature fiery locks for a honey-blonde color and showed off her bright new style on Instagram on Monday, January 26.
“Your girl is blonde again,” she wrote, along with some mixed-emotion emojis, including a heart and a frowny face.
Thorne, 18, is well-known for her copper tresses, but she’s actually a natural blonde. She went back to her roots last summer for a role — dying it even more platinum than her most recent change’s golden tone. “A lot of people don’t know I’m not actually a redhead. I’m a blonde. I dyed it for Big Love,” she told Allure in October 2014. “It started off more of a deep red, and Disney was like, ‘Why don’t we take Bella all the way to blonde again?’ I don’t know why, but I had a breakdown and so overreacted. I wanted to go back to red.”
