The Oscar-winning actress, who's been married to Michael Douglas since 2000, confessed to Mumsnet in an online chat on Thursday, January 28, "I'm finding, just from traveling from New York and being in heated hotel rooms, my skin feels like a Walker's crisp at the moment."
Her solution? "I've been using some argan oil just to saturate my skin at night, so it has some nourishment as I sleep, to start the day a little bit more hydrated," the mom-of-two shared.
For the uninitiated, argan oil is an oil rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids, which serve to deeply hydrate your skin and hair. Although she didn't name her favorite product, follow her advice with these three finds: Josie Maran 100% Pure Argan Oil ($48, QVC.com), Caudalie Divine Oil ($49, Sephora.com) and Origins Plantscription Youth-Renewing Face Oil ($51, Origins.com).

Zeta-Jones also confessed that it's not just what she puts on her body that makes a difference. "The real hydration comes from within," she said. "You can never drink too much water. No diet sodas!"
However, the Chicago actress saved her best advice for last: "I think happiness is the best tonic for keeping us youthful. Being happy with who you are inside radiates on the outside."
