Halle Berry Gets Ear-Length Textured Bob Haircut With Blunt Bangs: See Her Makeover

Dramatically different! Halle Berry debuted a complete hair makeover while arriving at JFK airport in NYC Tuesday, May 3. The Oscar winner, 49, who previously sported a piecey lob hairstyle, rocked an ear-length, textured bob with freshly snipped fringe.

While this bowl-cut-inspired shape is a new look for the Extant actress, she's no stranger to dramatic hair changes, and even cropped her hair into a trendy pixie in 1993 and again in 2002.

Berry, who recently launched Scandale Halle Berry lingerie, first revealed that she'd taken inches off in an April 30 Instagram snap that showed her brunette locks about to be shorn by an old-fashioned razor.

Shortly after, she gave a sneak peek at the chin-length (while straight) style, giving a shout-out to her hairstylist, Kristin Ess, who also snips Lauren Conrad's and Lucy Hale's locks. "behind every actor is a super team of hairstylists. #hairstylistappreciationday (this ✂️ courtesy of @kristin_ess. And of course mad love to my boys who are ALWAYS on point: @neekobackstage_ @brantmayfield + @castillo_13)," she wrote.
