Lauren Conrad might have been feeling a little sentimental traveling back to her hometown of Laguna Beach, California, for a book signing on Sunday, April 17.
The former The Hills star, 30, went vintage-LC, as she rocked beachy, sun-kissed waves with a tiny, pinned-back braid while autographing copies of her latest publication, Celebrate.
Fans of The Hills and Laguna Beach may remember that the pinned-back, face-framing plait was Conrad’s go-to while on both MTV reality shows, whether she wore it in a ponytail, with straight tresses or with her naturally wavy locks.
The low-key style proved a timeless one as it perfectly topped off the floral-patterned maxi-dress that she wore to the event.
“Yesterday I had my last book signing for CELEBRATE which means my tour has officially ended,” she wrote via Instagram the next day. “Thank you to everyone who came out to my signings! Your support means so much to me. I hope you all enjoy the book and thank you for celebrating with me 🎈xo.”
