She's most often a blonde -- with countless detours to orange, green, blue and other Technicolor shades -- but on Monday, Lady Gaga managed to pull off a hair surprise.
Arriving in Amsterdam, Holland, the "Born This Way" singer, 26, debuted a pretty new shade of light brown hair, with strips of her more common blonde showing through. Before her latest dye job, Gaga (real name: Stefanie Germanotta), mused to fans that she was itching to go dark.

“Definitely feeling less blond lately and little more progressive brunette. I am LOUIS VUITTON BROWN. B*TCH THATS LV," she wrote.
Worn wavy and down to her midsection, the sweet new 'do is somewhat reminiscent of her pal Lana Del Rey's style, and got tons of compliments from Gaga's followers.
"Getting lots of tweets about how to get this hair color, it;s a bit of a process…and depends on if your lifting or darkening your color," she later said.
