PIC: Real Housewives of Orange County's Alexis Bellino Got a Nose Job

Another day, another semi-new face for a Real Housewife.
Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino underwent a rhinoplasty in October, she confirmed to the Orange County Register over the weekend.

New photos of the 34-year-old mother in early November showed her sporting a subtly streamlined new nose. "Most people don’t even know I had a nose job," Bellino, 34, told the OC Register. "They notice something [new] about me. It's perked up my face."
Bellino underwent the procedure Oct. 17 with Dr. Michael Niccole -- a local plastic surgeon for whom she actually works part-time.

"She asked me if I could make the tip a little more defined and also file down her bump," Dr. Niccole said, adding that Bellino was also suffering from debilitating sinus infections.
It's not the first plastic surgery experience for Bellino, who has had breast implants plus Botox with Dr. Niccole.

She balked at first about having work done on her face. "Anything to my face I just couldn't do it…I couldn't take the plunge. I did not want to go under the knife."
And hubby Jim Bellino "loves it," she raved. "Thank God. I prayed for about a week on that one."
