“I actually just chopped my hair, so [I say] start with a fresh haircut,” she told Us Weekly, referencing her shorter ombre locks. “Get rid of all those summer ends.” Once you’ve chopped, get your strands in shape with a bottle of Moroccanoil. “It’s great for keeping your hair soft and shiny and manageable,” she explained.

The model, who designs a lingerie line called Autograph, also loves the aerobics classes at Body by Simone. “I sweat my face off, but it’s a lot of fun,” she laughed.

As the face of the #InspiredByWomen campaign, the British beauty was also quick to call out the women who have inspired her in her career as a model for Burberry, Victoria’s Secret and more.

“I didn’t really have boys on my bedroom wall. I’ve always loved fashion, so I always had pictures of fashion campaigns and supermodels on my wall,” she revealed. “Gisele, Kate Moss, Cindy Crawford and Claudia Schiffer — my bedroom was adorned with beautiful women!”
