It's time to give the black or brown eyeliner a break and jump on the blue-eye bandwagon!

Taylor Schilling effortlessly pulled off the electric look on July 31 while stopping by SiriusXM wearing a color-blocked Roland Mouret dress. "Taylor's dress was a great inspiration," celeb makeup artist Tina Turnbow, who created the look for the Orange Is the New Black star, tells Us Weekly. "The bold colors and the neckline inspired me to go with a simply-done colored eye and soft lips and cheeks."

First, Turnbow lined the inner rims and lash lines on the top and bottom using MAC Cosmetics Chromagraphic Pencil in Marine Ultra. She softened the look by smudging the lines with a brush to blur the edges. "I then pulled the liner out at the corner of the eye to give it a more almond shape," she tells Us. After curling the lashes, Turnbow applied Clinique Lash Power Feathering Mascara to the top lashes only.

To enhance Schilling's radiant complexion, Turnbow used shades of orange. "I went with a mix of coral and peaches for the lips and cheeks, which I felt accented the orange and pink in the dress" she says of the Butter London Cheeky Cream Blush in Abbey Rose and NARS Satin Lip Pencil in Biscayne Park.
