Lucy Hale's Sexy, Swingy Blowout
To enhance the Pretty Little Liars star's new shaggy haircut, celeb stylist for T3 Scott Cunha styled her hair in textured waves. After giving Hale a voluminous blowout, he ran a flat iron in an 'S' shape along front sections of her hair, then used a clampless curling iron to add tighter curls throughout. "I was thrilled with the look, and Lucy loved it, too. We're obsessed!" Cunha told Us.
