Christina Applegate

A California native, Christina Applegate made her acting debut at five months old, when her mother landed her ia commercial for Playtex nursers. Since then her career Applegate had a number of small parts before earning her breakout role in Married with Children in 1987. She has also appeared in films like The Big Hit, Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead, Mars Attacks! and The Sweetest Thing. She was married to actor Johnathon Schaech for six years before their divorce in August 2007. In August 2008, it was announced that Applegate has been diagnosed with an early form of breast cancer. She confirmed she was cancer-free in August 2008.
