Amanda Seyfried works hard to maintain her lithe figure!
The Wedding star told Us Weekly Tuesday at the Trump Golf Tournament Benefitting St. Jude's in L.A. that besides acting, staying fit is her main focus.
"I work my ass off! It's not easy," the 25-year-old said. So how often does she exercise? "Almost every day," she said. "Seriously, when I'm not working, I'm working out. It's not easy."
"I'm working out because I have to," she added. "I'm not the kind of girl who stays skinny. Plus, I like to eat sweets! I like to eat a lot."
To keep things interesting, Seyfried sweats it out in several different ways. "In New York, you can do anything. I go boxing regularly with my friend Andrew. I do Barry's Boot Camp religiously when I'm in New York and I'm going to start going in LA now too," she said. "Plus, I have my trainer Harley [Pasternak] in LA."
So how does Seyfried keep her body fueled for all these workouts? "[Eating] everything in moderation is my policy," she said. "I had a hamburger for lunch. It's like, 'What the f**k? Who cares!' I like to eat."
