Danny Cahill may have dropped 239 pounds on The Biggest Loser -- but he still plans to go under the knife to lose more.

The reality show winner -- who went from 430 to 191 pounds -- shows off his flabby stomach on daytime TV show The Doctors (to air Friday).

"Everyone wants to know, 'What did you do with all the skin?' It's still there!" he laments in a clip seen on ETonline.com.

Armed with a marker, the doctors illustrate how they'd tighten up his bod: cutting out a triangle-shaped area of skin between his pubic bone and his belly button, and a breast lift to "tuck" the extra fat in.

They then offer Cahill the surgery for free. "We can do your tummy and your breasts at the same time!" said one of the physicians on the show, Dr. Drew Ordon.

Cahill lost the most weight in Biggest Loser history to earn the $250,000 prize on the eighth season of the ABC show.

"I'm in a daze; I'm numb," Cahill said at the time. "How could you not smile? I feel like a million bucks."

You know who really cares about jon's manhood, he has already shown he is not a man, but a little boy playing grown up. i doubt very seriously if Kate G said any such thing, just getting painted with another one of his dirty brushes.

DAAAA.... he says the skin is still there and the doctor shows with a market how they will cut and tuck the extra skin away. Go back and read it again! I agree they should give this to another contestant that did not win $250,000.00. Wonder if any of the women have had this done they all look good in their clothes.

I think that's messed up that they give him the free surgery when he won all that money. They should give it to one of the others who didn't get any money. Selfish!

The headline on this article, and most of the article itself, is just plain stupid. He isn't having the surgery to get rid of fat. As anyone can tell you that has lost a large amount of weight, no matter how much you work out, there is going to be quite a bit of loose skin left. That skin was stretched out by fat, and it won't go away with just exercise. His surgery would be to tighten up the skin, not to take out fat.
