Celebrity trainer Kathy Kaehler, who has trained Jennifer Aniston, Drew Barrymore, Julia Roberts, Kim Kardashian and others, has partnered with Nintendo for the Wii Fit U Challenge to encourage users to find time in their schedules for the at-home exercises.

The trainer-approved device, which connects to the Wii U console, leads users in activities and tracks fitness. "Your balance, your BMI, all of that can be tested every time you get on, so you can really see your progress," Kaehler tells Us Weekly.

To stay on track with the Wii Fit U programs, Kaehler looks to the Kardashian/Jenner clan for inspiration. Her first tip: make a commitment. "I worked with Kris Jenner for many years. [Exercising] is the first thing she does every morning. They are very, very disciplined. Kris would be at my house at 5:30 in the morning, so I know that is a commitment."

The second tip: consistency is key. "[Kim] is obviously hitting the gym a lot and keeping it very consistent. There are people that are like, 'Oh, I've got to get in shape for the new year.' It just becomes very compartmentalized. Hers has stuck."

Finally, don't be afraid to sweat solo. "[Khloe Kardashian and I] have chatted about the sweating. A lot of times, people will think that celebrities can get that body because they have a trainer. She's in there on her own accord… She does her own exercises, so I think there is something about that as well that is really motivating and inspiring. You can do this, you can be creative," Kaehler explains. "[The Wii Fit U] is a great way to learn some of the basic moves and advance with it so you don't have to go to a class; you can get it all at your home!"
