What a view Mrs. John Legend has! Chrissy Teigen isn’t shy about showing skin on Instagram, but on Tuesday, July 7, it wasn’t the Sports Illustrated model who stripped down. In a new photo taken during the couple’s trip to Florence, Italy, Teigen, 29, captured her husband, 36, in nothing but his birthday suit while padding around their hotel room.
In an effort to stoke the firestorm of controversy she’s ignited with the photo sharing service, Teigen’s only photo caption was a mention of @Instagram, who has a strict no-nudity policy. (When taking the photo, Teigen was careful not to show her man’s full rear view, and used her knee to hide some of his backside.)
Garnering 168,000 likes and more than 27,000 comments, Teigen’s intimate snapshot left fans’ tongues wagging. “This just made my morning!” wrote @reecypooh1. Added @very_nessa_ssary: “Chrissy Teigen is one lucky broad. A man who can sing, play piano, and have an a– that you can bounce a quarter off of! Hallelujah!” (Also this week, Justin Bieber posted a photo of his bare butt during a trip to Australia, sending Instagram users into a frenzy.)
In recent weeks Teigen has toed the line when it comes to adhering to Instagram’s photo policy. On June 30, Instagram removed a topless photo of the model from W magazine, resulting in Teigen sharing it again each time it was deleted. “The nipple has been temporarily silenced but she will be back, oh yes, she will be back,” she teased via Twitter.
If it’s up to Teigen, she and her Oscar-winning husband of nearly two years will soon pass on their insanely good genes. “We want a lot of kids. I would love to have three or four of my own, and then adopt a few. So basically I’ll be pregnant the rest of my life,” the model told DuJour magazine in May.
Legend is prepared to get on the fast-track to parenthood. “[Chrissy] thinks I’m not athletic enough to have a boy,” he told DuJour. “I’m a musician, I’m good with women, and I’m a feminist, so I think I’ll be a good ‘girl daddy.'”
