Looks like Christina Aguilera's divorce won't be very messy.

As revealed by RadarOnline, Bratman, 33, cites "irreconcilable differences," and confirms in the documents that he does not intend to dispute the breakup -- and that he and Aguilera, 30, have "resolved" matters regarding property, assets and debts.

Despite the impending divorce, an insider recently told Us Weekly that Bratman had refused to move out of the nearly $12 million Beverly Hills mansion he and Aguilera shared -- which meant that Bratman was living under the same roof with his ex and her new beau, Matthew Rutler.
