She didn't get to give an acceptance speech for her People's Choice Awards, but Demi Lovato, 18, still wants to give her fans a little love.

"I wish to thank all the friends and fans who voted for me for the People's Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Hottest Teen Stars of 2010," wrote the singer/actress, who nabbed favorite TV guest star for her Grey's Anatomy role and favorite family TV movie for the Disney flick Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. "I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for standing beside me through it all."

"It's entirely up to the treatment to see how long she will be in there," says the source. "She will stay as long as the doctor's tell her she needs to stay."
