Demi's abs aren't necessarily made in the USA. Former Disney star Demi Lovato, 22, has been on her mega world tour, giving it her all on stage and in the gym.
On Oct. 24 and 25 she took to Instagram to show off her hard work, posting two mirror selfies while wearing crop tops with jewelry by Fraiser Sterling and Debi Lynn Designs. The pop star, who is known for promoting positive body image after suffering from an eating disorder in her teens, is proud of her healthy, fit new look.
Following an impromptu Halloween party with her touring team, Lovato hit the gym, posting yet another mirror selfie, this time showing herself lifting weights.
"Post party workout.. pullin' my best Pop-eye… I've been eating my spinach! #comeatmebruh #dedication," she captioned the bicep-happy pic.
After several performances in Canada, the Demi World Tour wraps in Brooklyn, N.Y.'s Barclays Center on Monday, Oct. 27.
