Age is only a number for Goldie Hawn! The blonde Cailfornia girl hit the streets of Los Angeles on Wednesday, April 23, going for a brisk walk with a friend.
Dressed in tight, spandex workout gear with her long blonde hair blowing in the breeze, the 68-year-old mother of three and grandmother of four looked stunning.
And many have noticed her age-defying beauty. She wrote the memoir A Lotus Grows in the Mud in 2005, which focuses on staying youthful and enjoying life.
“When you are in a healthier state of mind, the body reacts,” the First Wives Club star told Dr. Oz back in January 2012. “So, when you’re feeling joyful, the body actually will react that way … So I say, cut the negative, focus on the positive, habituate the positive thinking.”
In early March, she ditched her yoga pants in favor of a stunning gold Versace gown at the Oscars, where both she and daughter Kate Hudson presented.
As Hudson, 35, took to the stage with Jason Sudeikis to announce one of the night’s winners, she caught her mom’s eye from off-stage and waved, saying, “Hi, Mom!”
