Gwyneth Paltrow spent last week vacationing off the coast of Italy, and from the looks of her toned body, her workout sessions with celeb trainer Tracy Anderson have been paying off!
The 38-year-old actress showed off her age-defying physique in three different itty-bitty bikinis while vacationing with her two kids (Apple, 7 and Moses, 5) and BFF Steven Spielberg on July 7-9.
Although she's no stranger to spreading the healthy-living gospel on her website, GOOP.com, the actress wasn't always so comfortable with her body, that is, until recently.
"Tracy completely changed by legs, butt, arms, and stomach," Paltrow told SELF's May issue. "When Tracy met me, she said that I had a long, square butt that she was going to redesign, and I was, like, 'Yeah? Good luck,' "The amazing thing is, she was right! And it's still changing!"
So how does the mom-of-two keep her 5-foot-9 frame in tip-top shape?
"I do 45 minutes of cardio five days a week, because I like to eat. I also try for 45 minutes of muscular structure work, which is toning, realigning and lengthening," Paltrow revealed to SELF. "If I'm prepping for something or I've been eating a lot of pie, I do two hours a day, six days a week for two weeks."
