Gwyneth Paltrow is back in the kitchen.
The Iron Man 2 actress, 37, unveils her latest recipe in a new video posted on her blog, GOOP.
"I like shrimp because I'm from California, and it's like old-school, baja-style shrimp tacos," Paltrow says in the video.
And though she likes to spice hers up with her "favorite" Cholula hot sauce, the busy mom also makes kid-friendly versions of her latest Mexican family-style meal using brown rice.
"Before I add the chili, I'm going to take some out for my kids, because they're not down with the spicy," she explains of her homemade salsa, made from grape tomatoes, chopped cilantro, diced onions and a pinch of salt.
"I like to use these little grape tomatoes because I find the big tomatoes are kind of watery," she continues. "If I'm using the big tomatoes, I like to de-seed them and I like to peel them, and it's more of a process."
Wearing a Kabbalah bracelet, the actress creates homemade guacamole by slicing an avocado in half and adding fresh lime juice and finely diced onions in a pot.
"Two big avocados are enough for a family of four," she explains. "But if you've got serious avocado fiends, you might want to up the avocado!"
Though Paltrow throws her shrimp "on the barbie," she explains that a grill or sauté pan will garner the same results.
After combining the guacamole, shrimp, salsa and hot sauce, Paltrow is ready to try the dish. The final result? "Home run, people!"
