Abs-olutely hot! James Franco worked his six-pack abs on the set of his new movie, The Disaster Artist, on Thursday, Dec. 10, in L.A.
The 127 Hours star, 37, was shirtless in behind-the-scenes pics that put his toned torso front and center. But another focus of the snapshots was his flowing wig.
The former Oscar host donned faux dark brown locks, featuring soft, beachy waves, for the role of Tommy Wiseau — a director, actor, and producer from the 2000s who now has a cult following because of The Room, a 2003 film that some critics called the worst movie ever made.
Seth Rogen and Franco's little brother Dave Franco also star in the film. James' baby bro's persona also involves major hair and makeup, as he plays the role of Greg Sestero — a blonde, bearded actor — in the flick.
James shared a pic of himself and his brother in full costume via Instagram on Dec. 7. "'THE DISASTER ARTIST: The making of THE ROOM.' It has begun!!!!!" he wrote along with the smiley selfie.
Zac Efron, Kate Upton, Dave's fiancée, Alison Brie, and Jackie Weaver will also appear in the comedy.
