Jamie-Lynn Sigler, 28, is dating New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez, 23, a source tells UsMagazine.com.

"They met Monday night at the LG Infinia premiere of Keep Surfing for the Tribeca Film Festival and really hit it off," the source says. "They were flirting and talking all night.

Sigler split from her Entourage costar beau Jerry Ferrara last December after over a year of dating.
