How is this even possible?

Jennifer Aniston turns 41 today -- but appears to look the same as she did 10 years ago. (Minus a nose job she admitted to in 2007.)

The actress "has the face and body of a 21-year-old," muses The Australian Age. Adds Huffington Post, "She looks pretty good right now."

She even jokes about feeling like she's 31.

"Thirty-one, pssh. It's quite lovely I have to say," she told Access Hollywood earlier this week. "Thirty was a hump, but you know, 31 is fabulous. It really does get better, doesn't it?"

So what's happened in the past 10 years?

Aniston wed -- and divorced -- Brad Pitt, whom she says she will "love for the rest of my life."

One thing she doesn't love? His relationship with Angelina Jolie.

"I’m so tired of being part of this sick, twisted Bermuda Triangle," she once told GQ. "Don’t make me your victim... It makes my skin crawl."

She got hot and heavy with Vince Vaughn, but they split in 2005. (He went on to wed his real estate girlfriend Kyla Weber last month.) She dated John Mayer on and off. After their split, he lamented to Rolling Stone that he was "the a**hole" for dumping her.

Still, Aniston earned $20 million last year, and has said, "I feel better than I ever felt in my life."

Indeed, on a recent trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with 50 pals to raise funds for the El Faro Foundation, she went hot tubbing with Gerard Butler and showed off her bikini bod while sipping margaritas with her BFFs Courteney Cox and Sheryl Crow.

Guess it's nice to be Jennifer Aniston!
