Jennifer Love Hewitt: I've Been Cheated On "A Lot"

Jennifer Love Hewitt hasn't had the best track record with boyfriends.
The star -- who recently split from Ghost Whisperer costar Jamie Kennedy -- says she has been cheated on "a lot" in her life.

"It's brutal," she told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM radio show Tuesday. "Once I found out on television and that was awesome. And then another time I found them together ... and that was, woooo!"
She says she walked in on the unnamed duo together and knew the girl.
"That was not good," she says, adding that she also found out another beau was cheating because she "had a feeling" and then "found phone stuff."

Luckily, The Day I Shot Cupid author, 31, said her latest boyfriend, Kennedy, taught her the most about relationships. (She even dedicated the book to him prior to their split.)
"We are sort of opposites -- I am sort of this gushy hopeless romantic and he is sort of this realist," she says. "So, he really taught me how to look at the reality of things like love whereas I had my head in the clouds before. He very much taught me some things and he taught me a lot about men and what they think."

Hewitt jokes that she "won't" seek out famous men like past flames -- which included Joey Lawrence, Carson Daly and John Mayer -- but admits that she doesn't date them "on purpose."
"I don't seek them out," she says. "I am starting to think maybe that's not the way to go."

Love your an awesome, hot, sexy , caring person. people cheat on people who feel like they are being smothered or its a way to break up a relationship on purpose.. they wanted out and it was the only way they could do it... In your case i would say try being the star of the relationship and find a nice handsome banker or personal trainer on some sight.. use your alter ego name as a cover.. anything!! just leave the actors to acting

Hey, I have an idea for you whining boys and girls that have been cheated on: A better selection process! Too many people are terrified of being alone and pick somebody wrong for them. Educate yourself and learn from your mistakes.

Yup, it's true, Guy friends of mine say all men cheat. Has nothing to do with how much they love and adore their partners, wives, girlfriends, whatever they are, guys like variety and will lie and cover etc., whatever they have to do to cover themselves. Even the fat ugly ones will if they get the chance (of course they will!), and they will deny it to their grave unless there is proof. Yes, ladies, wear a condom, don't be stupid and think your man isn't, he is or will eventually. And there is nothing you can do about it except protect yourself from disease. Cause the next guy will be the same. No matter how much sex, love and pampering you give them, he says, doesn't matter they still will cheat. Don't be dumb and think, "not mine", YES, he will. Doesn't matter how attractive, great, sweet, successful, loyal, fun, sexual, a woman IS, a man will STILL cheat. Guy friends have told me this. They will love their girl to pieces, great sex, always satisfied, but they would still cheat on her, they say all of the above has nothing to do with it. Guys just like variety, and say it is meaningless, and do it just because they can. Love their wives/girlfriends to pieces, and there is nothing "wrong" at all that their partner is doing, but they still will all cheat if they have a chance. Ladies on here, if you think your guy isn't, think again. Cell phones, texting, internet, etc. They ALL do it, some just lie and cover it better. Always insist your guy/husband wears a condom with you, at least he will know that you aren't stupid, because if you ask them my guy friend said, they will ALL deny they are cheating and get mad at you for "accusing" them.
