Jessica Biel: "I'm a Romantic Adrenaline Junkie"

Jessica Biel is addicted to love.

"I'm a romantic adrenaline junkie!" she tells the July issue of Glamour.

On dating her on-again beau of about three years, Justin Timberlake, she says, "I guess I would say my thing is just as wonderful. That's the the only way -- when you each have your own world and it's just as great."

"She's a hard-core adrenaline junkie. I'm also an adrenaline junkie," Biel says of her character.

When not prepping for an action-packed role, she still keeps a strict workout regimen.

"I like to do a couple of yoga classes during the week, mixed in with weight training sessions for strength," says Biel. "And yoga for me is more of an elongating thing. I hike and walk my dogs a lot. It keeps me very clear-headed."

Biel says climbing Mount Kilimanjaro earlier this year pushed her to her limits.

"I've learned that I can push forward, which was exciting for me. When you get out into the wilderness and strip [away] all of the stuff in your everyday life, you really gain a great respect for your own life, simply as it is," she says. "Needing things starts to feel like, Oh, I kind of have everything, don't I? It's pretty great."

Her biggest regret with fame? Leaving Tufts University in Medford, Mass. before graduating to pursue her career.

"I do still have a desire, a pang in my heart, when I think about it and the fact that I didn't spend my four years with my friends," she says. "I didn't stay with my friend Hayden in our apartment -- I bailed and she ended up living with some random people. I still feel bad. But then again, I've had wonderful experiences."
