I look at what people are saying about this picture and I am so truly sad for all the budding young women out there. This is what they have to look forward to if they carry an extra 15lbs--critical, nasty, hurtful judgement. People with serious eating and/or image disorders are the only ones who could think this is "fat." Comparing her to John Goodman or calling her "obese" CLEARLY has more to do with the person talking... do you have eyes in your head? These nasty haters need to get themselves to a therapist for treatment of a condition called BODY DYSMORPHIA. I've had an anorexic friend and a bulimic friend and and you can definitely tell when there is a disorder because a toothpick size girl whose hair is falling out due to malnutrition sees "fat." It truly is a dysfunction between perception and reality where the body is concerned and what's TRULY alarming is how many women and men buy into a fake concept of real beauty. Considering that the Hollywood concept of beauty is limited to anorexic pencils with implants, people need to worry about the real problem. For all the women out there criticizing her--you are sad, ignorant, unintelligent, trashy sell-outs who are a disgrace to the sisterhood of real women. Mature, intelligent women have learned to support each other or just keep your stupid mouth shut, because eventually your judgment will only come back on YOU.

It must be hard for her to choose clothes that flatter her huge gut. Any woman who is like Jessica Simpson, and is shaped like the Sta-Puft Marshmallow Man, would have trouble finding clothes that look good on them. Jessica is on the right track with this huge poncho, though. She should always wear ponchos that give her blubbery belly plenty of wiggle room.

Jessica is GORGEOUS. She's not by any means overweight. I don't know why she has so many haters. It's ridiculous. She's one of the few celebrities that doesn't have a bad rep. for abusing drugs and so forth. She's a good Christian woman. And no one can honestly say that she can't sing, she has an amazing voice.

Yeah, I think she's gotta be preggers....she has like no waist in this pic, but the rest of her body is fairly proportionate. Most women do not carry ALL their weight in their stomach area unless they've already HAD kids or are pregnant. And please don't think I'm calling her 'fat' here, epsecially if she is pregnant, but that dress truly did nothing for her either way.
If she cheated on her husband that is very wrong, but so are all sins, and since none of us are free of sin in our lives I think we should put the stones down and leave her alone! What she did is between her, her ex, and God! If you want people in your life to keep bringing up your sins, keep bringing up other peoples.
