Video: Jessica Simpson: I'm "Always Conscious" of What I Put into My Body
One day after Jessica Simpson appeared thinned out on the cover of Lucky magazine, the singer is opening up about struggle to stay fit.
"I think a woman always stresses out about their weight. It’s just like a woman thing -- unless you’re the women we don’t like that are the supermodels that are just so naturally fantastic," Simpson, 30, says on E!'s The Daily 10. "But for me, I’m a curvy girl so I have to always be conscious of what I’m putting into my body, if I’m going to be working out."
The "With You" singer -- who has been dating ex-NFL player Eric Johnson since May -- also also sets the record straight about rumors that she's been asked to become a judge on American Idol.
"I mean, I don't think so," she says. "I haven't gotten a phone call."
But if she were to become a judge, is Simpson prepared to offer contestants some words of wisdom?
"I'm not a very judgmental person, so I could probably stick my foot in my mouth a couple times," she says. "I am a singer and I do know if it's going to actually happen for someone or not."

For years, the cornerstone of her marketing strategy has been to leak stories about her current flings or plant fake stories about famous men being interested in her. That is why people comment on it. It is what Fatsicca feeds the tabloids because she doesn't have a movie or popular album to talk about.

Maybe if she actually stopped talking about personal issues in the media and laid low for a while and only promoted her music, films or fashion line people would take her more seriously. Sometimes the best thing to do is keep your mouth shut!
Her weight doesn't bother me, it's her idiotic comments. I had to "mute" this interview. I agree that she does sound drunk, and that she doesn't even resemble the airbrushed woman on Lucky's cover. Kind of goes against all that she's been preaching lately - the healthy eating, the embracing your body/flaws, etc.

The Lucky magazine cover doesn't look at all like Jessica.They have photo-shopped her body, her chin ,her nose. WOW!!!!!!!!!! Everything she has said regarding her accepting her beauty is fake!

Jessica used her body to get fame, and became famous and rich for doing so. If she lets that body go, everyone will talk. She brought it on herself. She cheated on her husband, dresses like a h00ker..she brought it all on herself.
