Joan Rivers: Relax, Heidi Montag "Looks Fine"

Joan Rivers -- who's famously had her lips, breasts, nose, eyes, stomach and arms done and regularly gets Botox -- supports Heidi Montag, who got 10 plastic surgery operations in a day.
"I think she should have started sooner!" she told UsMagazine.com Monday at the NYC premiere of her documentary, Joan Rivers A Piece Of Work.

She then cracked, "I think she should have started when she was 13."

Kidding aside, Rivers, 76, says Montag, 23, "looks fine now, but she could have done it in stages."

"Kate Gosselin," Rivers replied. "They should sew up that uterus!"

65That's it! They reminded me of something I saw somewhere, first I thought Barbie? Then I realized they both look like those blow-you, blow-up dolls! Okay, so they need to pucker up to make it look like the real blow up dolls, but I swear they are the prototypes!
Joan Rivers needed to have her face done because she was aging, but Heidi is a young women who hasn't even grown into her own self yet. When you put these two side by side its like they are sisters. As for Kate she doesn't need to have her face done she is already pretty. I would have my nose done so I am not against tweaking here and there but Heidi's own mom didn't recognize her.
It's cuz Heidi has an uncanny resemblance to you, Joan, that you cannot bash on her like the other stars do. haha..but it is kinda sad..Whatever happened to the sweet Heidi? She had so much character and now she looks like Joan Rivers, no joke! =( but as long as she's happy, right?!
Seriously? getting advice from Joan Rivers? I'm sorry but Heidi looks horrible. She has such a beautiful soul and was so cute and beautiful before. She clearly suffers from body image issues (one's that are so bad that she would alter her look that much) I hope Heidi finds her inner self, but I feel bad because one day she will regret what she did that is if she doesn't end up dead. I know it sounds crazy but I wound't be surprised if all this fame could kill her.
joan rivers can't even smile. heidi should have looked over joan real good b/4 she decided to make this transformation. joan is an ugly woman and when heidi gets to be joan age she is going to look every bit 100 years old. that how joan looks now. the lady can't even hardley open her mouth. when they die cam you imagine what they will look like. a freak monster
I'm a bit confused by all the negative reactions Heidi Montag has recieved. It's not like plastic surgery is unkown in in Hollywood and many celebs who had work done are routined described as beautiful. What has Heidi Montag done that's makes her the target of all this negative press other than be annoying which isn't exactly unknown in Hollywood either?

Is she serious? Of course Joan Rivers of all people would say that-she is the queen of plastic surgery. Heidi Montag looks absolutely ridiculous. If she is really that unhappy with her body, which was fine before- she needs counseling. She did that to look more like a "pop star"? Uh NO, more like PORN star! The things people do for acceptance. That's sad. I wish Heidi and her loser husband would just go away!
Before the surgeries she had that "girl next door" look, now it looks like she could star on Girls Next Door tv show.

Oh my...when creature double feature Joan Rivers is praising your plastic surgery, you know you've had a botched job. Joan looks disgusting and so does Heidi. Joan likes for someone else to be a freak show since she's been carrying the freak torch for many years. There is no denying that Heidi went too far...I'm willing to bet you any money that Heidi removes the implants. There's no way her frame can support all that!
