Jourdan Dunn dismisses the notion supermodels don’t eat. “I’m always in the kitchen,” says the 25-year-old host of the online cooking show How It’s Dunn. After a recent trip to Thailand, she says, “I ate homemade Thai food for a week!” Her son, Riley, 7 (with ex Jordan Cummings), inherited the 5-foot-11 beauty’s good taste: “He loves this cauliflower recipe!”

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a frying pan on low heat, gently melt 1 tbsp coconut oil.

2. Place cauliflower on a baking sheet and pour melted coconut oil on top. Sprinkle with sea salt and roast 35 minutes.

3. In the frying pan on low heat, melt the remaining 1 tbsp coconut oil. Add the cumin, sumac, sweet paprika, thyme, garlic, and cilantro, and cook, stirring, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove cauliflower from the oven and reduce the temperature to 325 degrees. Pour flavored coconut oil on top and roast 10 more minutes.

4. Drizzle cauliflower with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with parsley and add additional sea salt to taste. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
