Kate Gosselin Owes Marriage Counselor $10,476!

Kate Gosselin, 36, is being sued by Creative Energy Options after she failed to pay them $10,476 for marriage counseling services back in 2009, TMZ reports.
Though a judge finalized her divorce from Jon, 34, in December 2009, Kate had previously requested that one of the Pennsylvania-based counselors "fly to Los Angeles to perform marriage counseling, then refused to pay for service or travel fees."

The company's president, Dr. Sylvia Lafair, told TMZ that Creative Energy Options has reached out to the controversial mom of eight several times, but Kate has yet to make any payments.

"There are commitments people make," Lafair noted, "and they should be followed through."

oh come on, you know the bill is probably in that purse she had on the Today show..."I have a stack of bills in my purse right now that I can't pay"....I just looked at her tv ratings from Sunday - weren't all that good either.
I am still shocked to hear that she is only 36 years old, which makes her 2 years older than me. She looks 10-15 years older.
Bills from a marriage are to settled before the divorce is finalized. Oh, Creative whatever did not know they were getting DIVORCED? Yeah right. This is JON and kate's bill, not just KATES. They were also separated awhile, before announcing it in JUNE 2009! 10k SEEMS EXCESSIVE. and WHY IN CA. WHEN THEY BOTH LIVED IN PA! Anyway, Creative. KNOWS THE PROPER WAY TO GET A BILL PAID, I consider them worse then the worst bill collector. YOU TAKE HER TO COURT, NOT GO TO THE PRESS! But, they probably know, they should have given the bill in before, NOT TO JUST ONE OF THEM, THE ONE WITH THE MONEY. Considering this is counselling, I consider it a violation and I hope anyone who was thinking of confidential maritial counselling, goes somewhere else.

If it had been a normal every day run of the mill person, we would have had to pay it up front! So why didn't you make her pay it up front?

Okay, let me see if I have this straight, and folks, please correct me if not. The divorce was finalized in December 2009. She was in LA in early 2010 to be on Dancing With The Stars. She had a marriage counselor fly out there after her marriage was already officially over? Just checking.
She is an ugly woman inside in out..this is what fame does to people who can't handle it..they need to take her show off air to force her to get a real job.
