Kelly Osbourne is flabbergasted after her mom Sharon's plans to turn her implants in to paperweights.
"I don't even know what to think!" she told UsMagazine.com Thursday at Us Weekly's Hot Hollywood party. "She’s a nutter. I think my dad [Ozzy] will probably enjoy it more than anyone else!"

When it comes to her own body, Kelly, 25, said she is content. The 5-foot-2 reality star -- who recently told Us Weekly she weighs 118 pounds -- says her workouts (which include Pilates and hiking) have now become "a routine and a way of life rather than something that I make myself do. I just do it. I don’t like it."

She said she got plenty of exercise last weekend at Coachella.
"I was so tired by the time I was done," Kelly told Us. "But then when I woke up and looked at my legs. I was like, 'Yeah my legs look skinny because I walked so far!'"
