Singer Kelly Rowland is dedicated to keeping her abs fab -- and it shows!
Working with celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins, the former Destiny's Child star can't get enough of abdominal exercises, which work her core muscles. "I use my core for everything. Absolutely everything," Rowland tells Us Weekly about the importance of keeping those muscles fit. "When I'm dancing on stage, when I'm walking around. I have to make sure that my core is strong, it's tight."

"Before you know it, your abs are going to be looking amazing!" says Jenkins, who suggests doing 15 V-Ups and 20 Bicycles to complete one full set.
