Khloe Kardashian Shows Off Her Killer Body and Booty as She Works Out

All that hard work is definitely paying off. Khloé Kardashian showed off her toned body and killer booty as she worked out at the gym on Sunday, July 31.

“Sunday morning, back in the gym, trying to wear color instead of black all the time,” the reality star, 32, said in a Snapchat video she shared on Sunday.

Then the Strong Looks Better Naked author shared a series of videos that showed her wearing blue tights and a black top as she worked out on a Bosu balance trainer and with weights as she did squats that targeted her glutes and legs.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star often shares videos on Snapchat of her hard-core workouts, sometimes with big sister Kourtney.

On Thursday, Khloé lashed out on Twitter after she was criticized for losing too much weight.

“I need to remember the date today!! Never would I have ever thought I would be in the media for being ‘too skinny’. What on earth?!?!” she tweeted on Thursday, July 28. “First I’m too fat and now I’m too skinny. I love this game!!”

Khloé revealed in an April interview with Shape magazine that the gym became her refuge after she split with husband Lamar Odom in 2013.

“When Lamar and I broke up, I had all these emotions that I didn’t know what to do with. Some people suggested therapy, but instead I joined my local Equinox gym, where I’d get on an elliptical and watch bad reality TV. As a result, I started losing weight,” she said. “Once I realized I could shed some pounds that way, I began working out regularly with my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, and I made a commitment to get healthy. He taught me that the trick to staying motivated is to find what you really love to do. We did cardio, calisthenics, circuit training, Pilates and boxing.”

“The gym takes all the anxiety away when I’m overwhelmed or stressed out,” she added. “It clears my mind of all the crap and puts me in a really good mood.”
