The Don’t Be Tardy star, 37, rested on her stomach for the procedure. She kept her face hidden but showed off her butt in a black thong.

According to the Venus Treatments website, the treatment helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and cellulite. It also gives the skin “an immediate and long lasting glow.”
