Must be nice! Kim Zolciak revealed that she enlisted her NFL husband Kroy Biermann to help her drop weight after giving birth to twins four months ago — and boy, did it work! The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star is rocking a hotter-than-ever post-baby body these days, and isn't keeping quiet about the workout secrets that got her there.
"I've been working out with my husband, he kicks my butt," Zolciak, 35, told ABC News. "The mind of an athlete is like no other. This man is incredible. We have everything you could dream of to workout, he pushes me and when it starts to burn, I wont quit and he won't let me."
The reality star and the Atlanta Falcons defensive end — who married in 2011 — welcomed daughter Kaia and her twin brother Kane back in November 2013. (The couple are already parents to sons KJ, 2, and Kash, 19 months. The 28-year-old athlete has also adopted Zolciak's daughters Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12.) Shortly after giving birth, Zolciak stepped out with a much smaller frame and admitted via Twitter that she was already back to a size 4.
"I was back in my jeans pretty quickly. I don't know how much I weigh, but I know I'm back in my clothes," she added to ABC News. "I still have a bit of muffin top when I wear my jeans, but nothing too bad."
Zolciak may have slimmed down fast, but admitted that she hasn't deprived herself while doing so. "I'm a firm believer you can eat everything in moderation. I eat what I want but I eat in moderation," she continued. "The maple bacon [liquor from Mama Walker's] I love because I can put it in my Bloody Mary."
