Kristin Cavallari Was Surprised by Heidi's Post-Surgery Body

Kristin Cavallari was surprised that Heidi Montag decided to drastically alter her body by going under the knife 10 times in just one day in November. (Montag showed off her bikini bod in public for the first time two weeks ago.)
But Cavallari doesn't criticize her Hills co-star, 23.
"It's not my body," she told UsMagazine.com at the Liquid Pool Lounge at Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas Saturday. "If she's happy, that's all that matters."

One thing she's not surprised about: Montag and Spencer Pratt's diva behavior. Montag recently showed up to a Hills photoshoot with six bodyguards and refused to participate in a cast shot.
"Nothing shocks me about them anymore," said Cavallari, 23, who bared her own bikini bod Saturday, covering up slightly with a midriff-baring, sheer black top. "It's one thing after another."

What's next for her now that The Hills is wrapping up after the sixth season (premiering April 27)?
"I'd like to do some producing," Cavallari told Us. "I have a couple of ideas for reality shows in the works. I really enjoy being behind the camera."
She won't be appearing in front of the camera on the Hills after this season, despite telling E! Online Friday night there's a "possibility" MTV could extend the show by 12 episodes.

Said Toni DiSanto, MTV's president of programming and development, to Gossip Cop, "This is truly the last of The Hills because we want the season to go out on a high note that the show deserves and that the fans deserve.
"This season delivers the drama, the story and the organic culmination of the story," he added.

Girls are so stupid. Always trying to chase the "ideal" look that the media shoves down their throats. But in actuality, there is NO ideal, and anything can be beautiful, and, contrary to popular belief, the natural look has always and will continue to always be considered more beautiful than the porn star look. And if it's guys you're trying to please, they all have different tastes. If one guy doesn't think you're hot, another one will. I have A cup breasts and a small frame, but I still reel the guys in because I'm confident, smart, positive, and I know how to flirt and play hard to get. I will admit I did have one physical hang-up, which I fixed (and which helped boost my confidence), but I would never change my entire look. One procedure on a feature that you believe throws off your whole look is one thing, but anything more than that is too much! Heidi was so hot after her first round of surgeries. Now she just looks ridiculous. I hope by some miracle she's able to reverse some of her procedures...after she wakes up and sees the light first, of course.

NOTHING postive about what Heidi did to herself. SHE LOOKS BAD and I hope she wakes up one day soon and sees what she has done to herself the way we see her now. Just bad, really bad. Her boobs are pathetic! Her skin look like plastic. They look like they could fall off her body at any moment, nothing attractive about them. I hate the lack of respect montag has for her mother. she loves and cares about her daughter and is worried, that's it and heidi always rolls her eyes and just doesn't want to hear it. I love how Heidi prayed at dinner, thanking god for her "outfit"????? What a self absorbed b.i.t.c.h.

Does Heidi know that Pamela boobs went out of style 10 years ago? The only job she'll get after the hills is in porn. Maybe that's what she wants. It's gross. No one in Hollywood gets taken seriously with those boobs. She has no career. I am done now talking about her and will be for the rest of my life. She's too stupid for me to care. I won't watch the Hills since Lauren left. She was a good, decent person. The rest are scum.
