Leelee Sobieski Buys Both Renee Zellweger's NYC Apartments

In November, when she was still serious with Bradley Cooper, Renee Zellweger put her two NYC apartments on the market.

And now the 41-year-old Bridget Jones star, who UsMagazine.com reported split with the Limitless star late last week, has found a buyer -- indie actress Leelee Sobieski.
According to The New York Times, Sobieski signed a contract Friday to purchase both of the posh Upper East Side units located on the second floor. The properties were listed with the Corcoran Group together for $8.95 million.

One apartment boasts three bedrooms and three and a half baths, while the other is a more modest one bedroom.
Perhaps Sobieski, 28, and fashion designer hubby Adam Kimmel need the space to expand their family? The pair, who married last August, have a one-year-old daughter, Louisa Ray Kimmel.
