Nick Cannon: Mariah Carey's Post-Baby Workouts Are "the Best Thing Ever"

Mariah Carey is one hot mama!

Nick Cannon's wife gave birth to twins Moroccan and Monroe in April, and the 41-year-old singer's commitment to getting her post-baby bod back in tip-top shape hasn't been overlooked by her 31-year-old hubby.

"You saw how good she looked on [Friday's 20/20 special]!" Cannon told Us Weekly Wednesday at the HALO Awards in L.A. ""We filmed that a while ago, too."

Cannon told Us last month his wife was "getting in shape... Every day she's just killing it."

"I personally think she's going to come out looking better -- looking like it's 1990!" he said. "I think that's what she's aiming for, and I think she'll reach that goal."

So what does Cannon think of Carey's commitment to fitness? "It's the best thing ever," he gushed.

Fortunately, fans can watch little Roc and Roe grow -- and Carey shrink -- through Cannon's pictures on dembabies.com. "I'm going to be posting more pictures of them!" he told Us. "Every week I'm going to be posting dembabies.com with more pictures!"

I am so happy for both Mariah, Nick, Roc and Roe. Nick adores his wife and babies and Mariah is being blessed. One can see that this union is based on love and respect which is exactly what God has designed marriage to be.
